Excellent customer service. On the individual side, Patrice got me great rates on both homeowners and auto insurance, with excellent coverage. We also insured the employees in my medical practice through James L. Smith Insurance. Dan was great in helping us to decide among the best health insurance plans in the Pittsburgh area, which change quite a bit year to year. Would recommend without reservation.

We have used the Smith Agency for years. Patrice Hart has recently been particularly helpful in dealing with our teen drivers. We have a plan that helps us to monitor our teen drivers while providing incentives for them to be safer drivers. Patrice is professional, quick to return emails, and a pleasure to work with.

After an initial glitch of a person not responding, I was put in touch with Samantha Curran who found better more reasonable policies to fit my needs. She was efficient, explained everything well and thoroughly. Paperwork submitted quickly. Thanks Samantha!
